What we publish
We publish a group name, handle, city, area, meeting day and time when stated in the bio, group type, follower band, last active month, and a link to the group's own public page.
What we never publish
We never publish organiser names, organiser personal handles, emails, phone numbers, or any photo of a person. We do not publish anything from a private account.
Group images
We may use a public profile image as a logo only when it is a graphic with no identifiable person and a human has approved it. An image showing a person is never used, including a profile picture that shows identifiable faces. Where a logo comes from the group's own public profile, the page says so. A club can replace it by claiming its page.
Removal
Any group can ask for a page or an image to be taken down. Our removal form takes a page down within 24 hours of a valid request. Removal is permanent: the pipeline will not republish the handle on the next run. It also clears the published logo and queues its file for deletion.
Organiser data
Organiser names, organiser personal handles, emails and phone numbers are held only in a private table for the claim flow. They are never shown on a public page.
Retention
Raw scrapes are deleted after 30 days.
Visitor data
Outbound clicks are counted with a salted daily hash, never a raw IP address. This data is kept for 30 days and used only for aggregate visitor counts.

Affiliate links are clearly labelled and marked sponsored. We may earn a commission if you use one.
Contact
